Confidentiality Practices

Discretion is part of how the practice works, not an afterthought. Much of what we handle — payroll, compliance filings, operational detail — is sensitive by nature, and we treat it that way.

Agreements come first

A mutual non-disclosure agreement is executed before sensitive information is exchanged. Where an engagement involves protected health information, a Business Associate Agreement is put in place before that information is shared.

HIPAA-compliant workflows

Work touching protected health information is conducted under HIPAA-compliant workflows, with access limited to what the engagement requires.

We keep our clients’ names to ourselves

We do not publish client names, logos, or the specifics of engagements. A quiet reference list protects the people who trust us; it is available privately, with permission, when it genuinely helps a prospective client.

Coverage

The practice maintains professional liability coverage and standard indemnification terms throughout each relationship.
