Systemax — the operations platform we built for home care agencies.
During years of consulting engagements with home care agencies in Minnesota, the same operational gaps kept appearing — fragmented billing, brittle onboarding, compliance work spread across spreadsheets. Rather than rebuild the same fixes for every client, we designed Systemax: a HIPAA-compliant operations platform for PCA and CFSS providers, purpose-built for the workflows Medicaid-billing agencies actually run. It’s the operational spine our consulting work kept requiring. Now it’s a product.
A structured conversation about your organization, current state, and objectives. No cost, no obligation.
A written Statement of Work defines deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Fixed-fee or retainer, aligned to your budget model.
Focused execution with your team, documentation you'll keep, and a handoff designed for sustainability — not dependency on us.

Kaku Ephraim leads every Goldwyn Rose engagement directly — an independent practitioner with deep experience in the operations of service organizations: multi-state payroll, regulatory and tax compliance, and the process architecture that binds HR and finance into a single reliable system.
Work involving protected health information is conducted under HIPAA-compliant workflows. The practice is licensed and insured in the State of Minnesota, and every engagement is held in strict confidence.
Engagements are structured to match how your organization budgets. Most begin as a fixed-fee project defined by a written Statement of Work, with invoicing tied to agreed deliverables. Ongoing work is handled on a monthly retainer. Pricing is established in advance — there are no hourly surprises.
Every engagement is governed by clear terms. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is executed before sensitive information is exchanged, and a Business Associate Agreement is put in place wherever protected health information is involved. Standard indemnification terms and professional liability coverage are maintained throughout the relationship.
